What to say when you feel a pain in your body
أَعُوْذُ بِاللہِ وَ قُدْرَتِہٖ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَ اُحَاذِرُ
I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against.
