Anas (Radi allahu anhu) said that he heard the Prophet ﷺ say: That I sit with people remembering Almighty Allah from the morning (Fajr) prayer until sunrise is more beloved to me than freeing four slaves from among the Children of Isma’il. That I sit with people remembering Allah from the afternoon (‘Asr) prayer until the sun sets is more beloved to me than freeing four slaves from among the Children of Isma’il.
اَللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاواتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
Allah! There is none worthy of worship but He, the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never encompass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi` (foot stool) extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Greatest.
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ قُلْ ہُوَاللہُ أَحَدٌ۱ۚ اَللہُ الصَّمَدُ۲ۚ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُوْلَدْ۳ۙ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَّہٗ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ۴ۧ
Say, He is Allâh, (the) One. Allâh-us-Samad [Allâh the Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need]. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ قُلْ أَعُوْذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ۱ۙ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ۲ۙ وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ۳ۙ وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ۴ۙ وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ۵ۧ
Say, I seek refuge with (Allâh), the Lord of the daybreak, from the evil of what He has created, and from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness, and from the evil of those who practise witchcraft when they blow in the knots, and from the evil of the envier when he envies.
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ قُلْ أَعُوْذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ۱ۙ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ۲ۙ إِلٰہِ النَّاسِ۳ۙ مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ۴۠ۙ الَّذِيْ يُوَسْوِسُ فِيْ صُدُوْرِ النَّاسِ۵ۙ مِنَ الْجِنَّۃِ وَالنَّاسِ۶ۧ
Say, I seek refuge with (Allâh) the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the Ilâh (God) of mankind, from the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one’s heart after one remembers Allâh), who whispers in the breasts of mankind, of jinn and men,.
أَمْسَيْـنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ، لَآ إِلٰهَ إلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ، لَهُ الْمُـلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْـدُ، وَهُوَعَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ، رَبِّ أَسْـأَلُـكَ خَـيْرَ مَا فِيْ هٰـذِهِ اللَّـيْلَةِ وَخَـيْرَ مَا بَعْـدَهَـا، وَأَعُـوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَـرِّ هٰذِهِ اللَّـيْلَةِ وَشَرِّمَا بَعْـدَهَـا، رَبِّ أَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَـلِ وَسُوْءِ الْكِـبَرِ، رَبِّ أَعُـوْذُبِكَ مِنْ عَـذَابٍ فِيْ النَّـارِوَعَـذَابٍ فِيْ الْقَـبْرِ
We have ended another day and with it all dominion is Allah’s. All praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. To Allah belongs the dominion, and to Him is the praise and He is Able to do all things. My Lord, I ask You for the good things of this night and of the nights that come after it and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night and of the nights that come after it. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and helpless old age. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell-fire, and from the punishment of the grave.
اَللّٰهُـمَّ مَآ أَمْسٰی بِيْ مِـنْ نِّعْـمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَـدٍ مِّـنْ خَلْـقِكَ، فَمِـنْكَ وَحْـدَكَ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَـكَ، فَلَـكَ الْحَمْـدُ وَلَـكَ الشُّكْـرُ
O Allah, as I enter this evening what blessing I or any of Your Creation have risen upon is from You alone. You hvae no partner. All praises is for You and thanks are to You.
اَللّٰهُـمَّ بِكَ أَمْسَـيْنَا، وَبِكَ أَصْـبَحْنَا، وَبِكَ نَحْـيَا، وَبِكَ نَمُوْتُ وَإِلَـيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ
O Allah, You bring us the end of the day as You bring us its beginning, You bring us life and you bring us death, and unto You is our fate.
یَا حَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْمُ بِرَحْمَتِکَ أَسْتَغِیْثُ أَصْلِحْ لِیْ شَاْنِيْ کُلَّہٗ، وَلَا تَکِلْنِیْٓ إِلیٰ نَفْسِیْ طَرْفَۃَ عَیْنٍ
O Ever Living One, O Eternal One, by Your mercy I call on You to set right all my affairs. Do not place me in charge of my soul even for the blinking of an eye (i.e. a moment).
بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِيْ لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهٖ شَيْءٌ فِيْ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِيْ السَّمَاۗءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعِ الْعَلِيْمُ
In the name of Allah with whose name nothing is harmed on earth nor in the heavens and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
أَعـُوْذُبِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّـاۗمَّاتِ مِنْ شَـرِّ مَا خَلَـقَ
I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
اَللّٰهُـمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّيْ لَآ إِلٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنْـتَ، خَلَقْتَنِيْ وَأَنَا عَبْـدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلٰى عَهْـدِكَ وَوَعْـدِكَ مَا اسْتَـطَعْـتُ، أَعُـوْذُبِكَ مِنْ شَـرِّمَاصَنَـعْتُ، أَبُـوْءُ لَـكَ بِنِعْـمَتِـكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبـُوْءُ بِذَنْـبِۢيْ فَاغْفِـرْلِيْ فَإِنَّـهٗ لَا يَغْـفِرُ الذُّنُـوْبَ إِلَّآ أَنْتَ
O Allah, You are my Lord, there is none worthy of worship but You. You created me and I am your slave, and I abide to Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except You.
اَللّٰهُـمَّ إِنِّيْٓ أَسْـئَلُـكَ الْعَـفْوَ وَالْعـَافِـيَةَ فِيْ الدُّنْـيَا وَالْآخِـرَةِ، اَللّٰهُـمَّ إِنِّيْٓ أسْـأَلُـكَ الْعَـفْوَ وَالْعَـافِـيَةَ فِيْ دِيْنِيْ وَدُنْـيَايَ وَأَهْـلِيْ وَمَالِيْ، اَللّٰهُـمَّ اسْتُـرْعَـوْرَاتِيْ وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِيْ، اَللّٰهُـمَّ احْفَظْـنِيْ مِنْۢ بَـيْنِ يَدَيَّ وَمِنْ خَلْفِيْ وَعَنْ يَمِـيْنِيْ وَعَنْ شِمَـالِيْ، وَمِنْ فَوْقِيْ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِعَظَمَـتِكَ أَنْ أُغْـتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِيْ
O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness and well-being in this world and the next. O Allāh, I seek Your forgiveness and well-being in my religion, in my worldly affairs, in my family and in my wealth. O Allāh, conceal my secrets and preserve me from anguish. O Allah, guard me from the front and from behind and on my right and on my left and from above. I seek refuge in Your Greatness from being struck down from beneath me.
اَللّٰھُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمٰوٰاتِ والْاَرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَیْبِ وَالشَّھَادَةِ لَاإِلٰہَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ رَبَّ کُلِّ شَیْءٍ وَّ مَلِیْکَہُ أَعُوْذُ بِکَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِیْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّیْطَانِ وَ شِرْکِہٖ وَ أَنْ أَقْتَرِفَ عَلَی نَفْسِیْ سُوْءًا أَوْ أَجُرَّہٗ إِلٰی مُسْلِمٍ
O Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, there is none worthy of worship except You, Lord of everything and its Owner, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil of Shaitan and his Shirk, or that I should do some evil to myself or bring it upon a Muslim
اَللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ اللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ سَمْعِیْ اللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَصَرِيْ لَا إِلٰہَ إِلَّا اَنْتَ
O Allah grant me health in my body. O Allah, save my hearing for me. O Allah, protect my sight. There is no one worthy of worship except You.
اَللّٰھُمَّ إِنِّیْ أَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنَ الْکُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ
O Allah! I seek refuge in You from disbelief, need and torment of the grave.
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ، بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
There is no deity except Allah, He Who is alone has no partner. To Him belongs the kingdom and to Him are all praise. He gives life and causes death, all good things are in His hand and He has power over all things.
لَآ إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْـدَهٗ لَا شَـرِيْكَ لَهٗ، لَهُ الْمُـلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْـدُ، وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ

سُبْحَـانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْـدِه
How perfect Allah is and praise is to Him.
